Declare A State Of Emergency On Economy, Army General Tells Buhari
Maj. Gen. Emmanuel Nienge (rtd), a former Commander, Nigerian Army Supply and Transport Corps, has called on the Federal government under the leadreship of President Muhammadu Buhari, to declare a state of emergency on the dwindling economy of the country.
