Meteor Shower View Hindered By Cloudy Weather

Cloudy weather stopped most stargazers from watching an annual meteor shower.

The Draconid meteor shower is also known as the Giacobinids and is one of the two meteor showers to grace our skies every year in October.

The shower was expected to peak on October 7 and 8, however the British weather over Surrey meant it was not visible for many astronomers.
